Assist in preventive maintenance procedures on building mechnaical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspects belts, check fluid levels, replaces filters and seals, etc. Completes checklists on building equipment maintenance proedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures. Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
